A debate organised by the Rafael Bernabeu Foundation on the ethical and legal aspects of providing counselling on genetics.
The Rafael Bernabeu Foundation, Instituto Bernabeu's welfare organisation, will hold a conference on 'Responsibilities taken on when providing counselling on genetics' next Friday, 22nd April at 19:00h. The event will be run by professor Pedro J. Femenía López, Dean at the Faculty of Law in the University of Alicante.
The event is aimed at both practitioners and students of law as well as participants from the field of medicine and healthcare. As with all events organised by the Rafael Bernabeu Foundation, it is free of charge and calls only for prior registration on the website's Training section in order to account for limitations in terms of seating space.
The conference will include a lecture by Professor Femenía on different deontological aspects of the genetic tests associated with fertility treatment, particularly those aimed at eliminating issues of a hereditary nature.
