A team of researchers at Instituto Bernabeu has completed a prospective randomised clinical trial aimed at understanding if selection of an embryo generated during a cycle of in vitro fertilisation (IVF) is possible when morphological development is observed just once over the days leading up to transfer. The results of the research work will be presented at the national congress organised by the Association for the Study of Reproduction Biology due to be held in Madrid between 15^th and 17^th November.

Instituto Bernabeu will once again participate in the Association for the Study of Reproduction Biology (ASEBIR) Congress that is due to be held in Madrid between 15^th and 17^th November. The reproductive medicine clinic will present ten pieces of research work at the congress. Four of these were produced by the Embryology Unit at Instituto Bernabeu; another by the Egg Donation Unit; and the remaining pieces of work were carried out by the clinic's Molecular Biology and Genetics departments. 

The Medical Director of Instituto Bernabeu, Dr Rafael Bernabeu, will participate in the 5^th edition of the Contraception Congress organised by the Castilla La Mancha Contraception Society due to be held in Albacete on the 10^th and 11^th November. The Director of the Instituto Bernabeu Group, Dr Rafael Bernabeu, will cover the revolutionary discovery of the uses of anti-mullerian hormone in his speech entitled 'A new paradigm in contraception: AMH and derivatives.'

We have launched a new issue of Instituto Bernabeu corporate newsletter "IB Newsletter". Within the framework of annual support given to university studies, the Rafael Bernabeu Social Welfare Foundation at Instituto Bernabeu has awarded scholarships to six Medicine and Nursing university students. The scholarships have a value of 2,500 euros each.
