Given the seriousness of the situation that our country and its medical professionals are facing to combat the pandemic caused by covid-19, all the clinics of Instituto Bernabeu have given to the health authorities all their medical and surgical equipment that may be necessary to combat coronavirus.

Instituto Bernabeu and the role of its genetics and molecular biology laboratory have been used to instruct biotechnology students at Miguel Hernández University (UMH) about the day-to-day demands of their future profession. The talk took place within the framework of the 8^th Employment in Biotechnology event, to which the clinic was invited.

Instituto Bernabeu played a leading clinic role in a scientific gathering of assisted reproduction experts organised by Merck in Valencia. Dr Andrea Bernabeu, Co-Director of Instituto Bernabeu and Coordinator of the Genetics and Reproduction Assessment Unit; Dr Jorge Ten, Director of the Embryology Unit; and Dr Juan Carlos Castillo, a gynaecologist and expert in ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome at Instituto Bernabeu, all attended the event.
